Letters From A Tory

It’s a beautiful day

October 14, 2007 · 2 Comments

Dear David Cameron,

Rather than giving my own views on the papers today, I thought it would be more instructive if I simply listed a sample of the headlines from the Telegraph:

Gordon Brown hit by Tory poll surge

Bluetongue spreads from cattle to sheep

Asylum crisis getting worse say officials

Labour failed to heed superbug warning

One school in 10 is failing children

Gordon Brown feels squeeze over Europe

Walkouts could wreck postal strike deal

I’m sure Gordon Brown’s government will fight back at some point, but today is a good day to be a Conservative.

Yours in amusement,

A.Tory

I’m not rich by any means, I work in a call centre, but I can afford my 3 monthy polish and scrub and 6 monthly check up.

What bothers me more is that the 20-soemthing year old hygenist who does my polish and scrub spends half the time she is meant to be cleaning my teeth (a service I pay for) whingeing at me about smoking cigars and drinking red wine.
